Leonine Investment Services Inc (“Leonine” or the “Corporation”) is a financial modelling company
Leonine was founded by Haneef Abbas on the strength of over 13 years’ experience as an investment banker and corporate finance professional.
One of the biggest problems entrepreneurs face in Canada and the rest of the world is attracting capital to fund and grow businesses. Leonine was set up to fill that gap particularly for growth-stage companies in the technology industry.

Haneef Abbas
Haneef Abbas is the Chief Executive Officer of Leonine Investment Services Limited (“Leonine”). He is a Charter holder and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and The Financial Market Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Lagos.
Sekinat Alao
Sekinat Alao is the Head of Operations at Leonine Investment Services. She holds a degree in B.Pharm. Pharmacy from the University of Lagos. Sekinat spearheads and oversees the smooth running of processes, teams and activities within the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. She is also experienced in consulting and research analysis.
Oluwaseun Olusanjo
Oluwaseun Olusanjo is an experienced financial analyst at Leonine Investment Services Limited (“Leonine”). He graduated with first-class honours in Economics from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, and was awarded the Gracious Hearts Foundation’s Award of Excellence
Chiamaka Nwora
Chiamaka Nwora is a digital marketing associate at Leonine Investment Service. Her passion & interest in writing made her transition into marketing after obtaining a degree in Applied Biochemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State.
Soludo Emeka
Emeka Soludo Favour is a recent graduate of Finance from Lagos State University. A 2-time awardee for best graduating student of faculty of management sciences and department of Finance, Soludo’s passion for finance was ignited during his spell at the Investment Society Lasu. He is motivated by his desire to identify and solve corporate problems relating to finance, investments and markets by providing stylized solution for the maximization of client’s value. Currently, he works in the Advisory team as a financial analyst to align his career on the path to investment banking.
Lateefah Bello
Lateefah is a graduate of Economics from the university of Lagos.
She is currently a financial analyst focused on building financial models, conducting background research and supporting training programs.
She is committed to learning and growing while supporting the team’s success.
When she’s not working, she’s catching up on movies and books
Sumayyah Adefolu
Sumayyah Adefolu is a Financial Analyst Intern at Leonine Investment Services, with prior experience across the venture capital and asset management sectors. She works alongside the team in maximizing value for our clients. Sumayyah is a First Class Actuarial Science graduate of the University of Lagos and enjoys volunteering and reading.
